By purchasing on the Shoei.com.au website, I agree to the following Sales Agreement:

THE shoei.com.au  DOES NOT ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND:

• Intercoms

VIEW OUR RETURNS POLICY HERE

• ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS AND CAN TAKE ANYWHERE BETWEEN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR DISPATCH. APPROX 10 BUSINESS DAY TURNAROUND (2 WEEKS)
  A tracking number will be provided to your email address as soon as your order has been marked as packed and shipped.

RESTOCKING FEE ON EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All returns will incur a 10% Restocking Fee to the total value, plus postage and handling.

REDIRECTION FEE

It is crucial that your delivery address is correct. A $45 redirection fee is applied to any change of address, including house number.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We may not stock all items on hand, this means we will need to transfer it in from the Australian Shoei Distributor. This can take up to 5 business days for dispatch. If we are unable to source the item due to nil stock or discontinued you will be notified immediately. You will have the choice to choose an alternative item available, place the item on backorder, or a refund.

VISOR POLICY

All helmets listed on our website with a coloured visor is for display purposes only. All helmets come standard with a clear visor, unless the description states otherwise or helmet does not come with visor standard.

PRICING POLICY

Shoei.com.au will not be held responsible or honour any pricing or product information that has been incorrectly put on the website. All prices, product information and specifications are correct to the best of our knowledge, provided by Australian Distributor McLeod Accessories. Shoei.com.au reserve the right to change specifications, product information and pricing at any time without notice. All pricing and transactions are in AUD.

Zip Pay: Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and is subject to change. Pay your closing balance in full by the due date each month and we’ll waive the fee. Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit check. Other charges may be payable. T&Cs apply.

DISPATCH DELAYS:

The Australian distributor are currently experiencing major delays in their dispatch warehouse. Please allow up to 7 days for dispatch.

ALL HELMET LINERS AND PARTS ARE SPECIAL ORDERED IN FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR, THIS CAN TAKE APPROX 1-2 WEEKS.
