- Have changed your mind
- Damage of the product by not following the instructions or misusing the product

Helmets Pictured with a Visor Come with a Clear Visor, If our Web Page Display shows A Tinted or a Irridium Visor on the Helmet it is for Display Purpose Only.
Helmets That have an Offer of a Free Tinted Visor still come with a Clear Visor.
Availability of Goods:
Although we keep many items in stock at any one time we cannot guarantee the same from our suppliers. We may sometimes experience delays that are out of our control due to nil stock, back orders not filled, shipping delays etc. If an item is to be delayed for any period of time you will be notified immediately, either by phone call or e-mail and will be advised of the estimated time of delivery.You will have a choice to wait for the product or a full refund will be offered if you can not wait for the goods and processed immediately upon your request.
Postage: Any Free Postage offered is for one attempt at delivery, if the goods are undeliverable for no fault of Shoei.com.au, and the goods are returned to us .The next delivery will be charged at the normal rate.
Shoei.com.au will not be held responsible or honour any pricing or deal that has been incorrectly put on the web. If this occurs we will contact you via e-mail and do a full refund immediately.
