Shoei.com.au use Australia Post as the main freight provider.

Orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is present to sign for the delivery, the parcel will be sent back to a local post office for collection.

• ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS AND CAN TAKE ANYWHERE BETWEEN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR DISPATCH.
  A tracking number will be provided to your email address as soon as your order has been marked as shipped.

• ADDRESS CORRECTION: It is crucial that your delivery address is correct. Ensure you have entered the correct address prior to submitting your order. Once your order has been processed a $45 redirection fee will be applied with any change of address.
